DOMESTIC SHIPPING

• Delivery within Lagos, Nigeria : 1-2 Working Days
• Delivery outside Lagos but within Nigeria : 3-5 Working Days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• We ship worldwide via DHL. Timeframe for delivery is 5-7 working days

RETURNS

Castle and Retail accepts returns on all items ordered provided it meets the following conditions.

• Return is done within 48hrs of receipt of item for orders placed within Lagos
• Item(s) must be returned within 5 working days for orders placed outside Lagos but within Nigeria.
• Item(s) must be returned within 10 working days for orders shipped outside Nigeria
• Items returned must be in original condition, unworn, untampered, with labels and tags intact upon return.
• We DO NOT accept returns in cases where alterations have been made to suit customers’ needs.

Additional shipping fee as a result of return or exchange will be bore by us or buyer depending on the case at hand.

REFUND

Refunds are issued if and only if the conditions for return is met.

Refunds are issued minus the cost of shipping via the same payment gateway the item(s) were paid for e.g Paystack, Flutterwave. Items purchased on sale do not qualify for a refund.

SALES

Items purchased on sale do not qualify for a refund, only exchange.

Exchanges for items on sale will only be considered if:

• Item received is defective
• There is a mix up in order
